Tracking for Every Order!
We offer tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been processed, we will generate a tracking number and send it to you via an email with the delivery confirmation.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us with your order number.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We have a processing time of 2-4 days. After that, it takes 5-9 business days to receive your order.
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, such as public or national holidays, natural disasters, strikes in air and ground transportation, or other events beyond our control.
If your delivery exceeds 35 business days, we offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction, and you can keep the product.
Where Is the Product Shipped From?
We work not only within Sweden but also with international suppliers. This helps us save on warehouse costs.
Our international suppliers are located in France, the Netherlands, and Asia. This means your order may be shipped from one of these countries.
Note: We cover any costs associated with using international suppliers. As a customer, you will not be responsible for any extra charges.
Things to Keep in Mind:
We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please verify your delivery details to avoid any delivery issues. At checkout, you have the option to choose a shipping method, including the free option, which means the product will be shipped from a supplier outside of the country.
