We offer a 60-day return guarantee, which means you have 60 days to request a return after receiving your item. We do not accept returns after 60 days from the delivery date. Please note that we do NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR RETURN LABELS. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs if they regret their purchase.

Returns & Refund Policy

60-Day Return Policy You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return for all non-defective items. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period.

Responsibility for Return Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or if we have packed the item incorrectly. We do not offer free returns or return labels.

The cost of return shipping/return labels varies depending on the type of item and the number of items ordered. To find out the cost for your order, please contact us for this information.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, pet hair, and distinct odors, with all product tags intact.

Exceptions to Returns Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Uncollected Items For uncollected items, a fee of 18 USD. will be charged to cover administrative costs from the courier.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. If it is a service, the refund will begin within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.

Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Damaged and Incorrect Items Reporting Defective Items Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Reports of defects must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Exceptions to Refunds

Refund Without Returning the Product Requests for refunds without returning the product will not be processed. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund of 50% along with a store credit, allowing you to keep the item.

Undelivered Item If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you did not receive the item due to incorrect address information, we may offer a replacement upon receiving a correct delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of 15 USD.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy Cancellations and changes to order information are STRICTLY accepted within 24 hours of placing the order (if the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us via email and provide your order number.

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to labor conflicts, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or missed deliveries from suppliers, and other unforeseen factors. Additionally, the company will not be held liable for any changes to products or product features made by the respective supplier or other factors outside of our control.

We further disclaim all liability for direct or indirect damages or losses that may occur to the customer as a result of purchasing or using our products or services. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the products in accordance with the provided guidelines and to exercise caution when handling them.
