Our normal delivery times are 5-9 days.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.

All prices in the store are quoted in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from the supplier, typographical errors in the price list, and inaccuracies due to incorrect information.5. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you, as the customer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date you received the item you ordered.
5.1 Using your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us if you wish to withdraw from the purchase. This notification should be sent to kontakt@nudove.se, including your name, address, email address, order number, and a clear indication of which items the return refers to.
You should return the products immediately, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the items upon return, and the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product’s original value if the product is used or damaged.
5.2 Right of withdrawal does not apply to:- Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken by you.
- Products that are sealed audio or video recordings, where the seal has been broken.
- Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or with a clear personal touch according to your preferences.
- Services that have been completed, where you explicitly agreed to start the service without a right of withdrawal.
- Perishable goods, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, repair the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint should be made immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a claim:
Any faults or defects must always be reported to kontakt@nudove.se, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we are unable to fix the error or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection laws. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur as a result of the product.
We do not accept liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor conflicts, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or missed delivery from suppliers, etc.
We also do not take responsibility for any changes to products or product characteristics that have been made by the supplier and other factors outside of our control.8. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being out of stock.
We do not guarantee that images reflect the exact appearance of products, as color differences may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to display products as accurately as possible.9. Cookie Information
